You must be the change you wish to see in the world.

If we are too busy, if we are carried away every day by our projects, our uncertainty, our craving, how can we have the time to stop and look deeply into the situation-our own situation, the situation of our beloved one, the situation of our family and of our community, and the situation of our nation and of the other nations?

I still arrive, in order to laugh and to cry,
to fear and to hope.
The rhythm of my heart is the birth and death
of all that is alive.

Breathing in I calm my body.  Breathing out I smile. Dwelling in the present moment, I know this is a wonderful moment!

When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace.

With the power of soul, anything is possible. 
With the power of you, anything you wanna do. 

Chance makes our relatives. Choice makes our friends.

It seems to me that we learn the most not when we look for a certain answer, but when we allow questions to naturally guide us to an outocme, often an outcome that we have not planned or predicted.  My goal...is to live the questions.
